Materials Management Clerk
The Materials Clerk will work under the general supervision of the Materials Management Director. The Materials Clerk will ensuring prompt delivery of supplies and materials to designated departments. This position must integrate company values into daily practice.
Responsibilities for Materials Management Clerk
Collects and fills supply requisitions and delivers to the appropriate department.
With Director’s approval, orders supply from designated vendors.
Receives shipments and routes packing slips to appropriate Director.
Maintains an organized and neat storage area.
Maintains accurate inventory records
Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with standards set by the facility.
Qualifications for Materials Management Clerk
High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required.
At least one (1) year of experience in shipping and receiving.
Ability to read and comprehend at levels necessary to perform job duties appropriately.
Ability to communicate effectively with staff and vendors.
Secondary Functions: All other duties assigned by Director or CEO
