Jimna Stinnett is the owner and CEO of De Queen Abstract Company, where she began her career in 1979. She and her team research real estate to determine marketable title, provide title insurance, and prepare closings for real estate transactions.

Jimna studied business at Texarkana Community College and obtained her Abstractor's License in 1986. She then obtained a Title Insurance License in 2008.

Jimna has served on a number of state and local boards, including the Arkansas Land Title Association Board from 2015-2021, serving as President 2019-2020; two terms on the Sevier County Rural Development Authority Board; 13 years on the De Queen School Board; and multiple years on the Sevier County Chamber of Commerce. She presently serves on the Sevier County Medical Center Board, the Sevier County Equalization Board and is a member of De Queen Lions Club.

Jimna is married to Doug Stinnett. Together they have raised three girls in De Queen, Arkansas. Jimna enjoys camping and spending time with her six grandchildren.
