Human Resources Director
The Human Resources Director will work under the general supervision of the Chief Executive Officer. Direct and manage the facilities human resources department. Responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of human resource programs to include professional staffing, wage and salary administration, leave administration, performance appraisal, and employee relations. Recommend and implement legally sound and effective human resource programs, policies, and practices.
Responsibilities for Human Resources Director
Ensures ongoing recruitment and hiring of new employees
Develops and maintains HR policies and procedures
Oversees performance appraisal program
Develop and mentor management staff to ensure compliance with EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and other federal regulations
Qualifications for Human Resources Director
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or equivalent
3-5+ years' experience in Human Resources role or related experience
Ability to lead team members and the ability to solve problems swiftly
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Secondary Functions: All other duties assigned by CEO
