Hector and his wife, Christy, live in De Queen and are part owners of Healthcare Express De Queen. He is currently the office manager but before he retired from Specialty Mineral Inc. after 29 years. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Sevier County Chamber of Commerce, a member of the American Legion Post 54 in De Queen the post Adjutant and on the Executive Committee . Hector is a veteran of the US Navy.
