Bruce Jackson was born in Sevier County and has resided about a mile South of Lockesburg for his entire life. He is a graduate of Lockesburg High School and attended Southern Arkansas University where he earned an Agricultural Business Degree in 1977 . Bruce worked as broiler serviceman for Lane Poultry and Pilgrim’s Pride for 20 years before retiring to raise poultry and cattle as his fulltime job . He is currently active in the Lockesburg Methodist church, Sevier County Farm Bureau Federation, Sevier County Cattlemen, and has served on other state and national boards in the past. Bruce is married to Sandra Jackson and has one son.
